Charitable Gaming licensure is not required on the State level in Vermont.

Vermont does not require nonprofit organizations to hold a state level license or permit in order to host a charitable gaming event, however, organizations must adhere to the relevant state laws when hosting a gaming event. Organizations that conduct gaming activities are typically required to report to the Department of Taxes.
