Company Licenses

Nebraska Nonprofit & Fundraising Company Licenses

Nebraska Charitable Gift Annuity Registration

Not required



Charitable Gift Annuity licensure is not required on the State level in Nebraska.

No filing is required, but charities need to meet certain conditions before issuing charitable gift annuities.

Nebraska Charitable Solicitation Registration

Not required



Charitable Solicitation Registration licensure is not required on the State level in Nebraska.

  • Charitable registration was repealed in Nebraska in 1996.
  • Some Nebraska counties and municipalities may require charities that solicit in-person to register prior to fundraising.

Nebraska Class I or II Bingo License

Game Type:

Agency:Nebraska Department of Revenue - Charitable Gaming Division
Organization Age Requirement:

5 years of continuous existence immediately preceeding licensure.

Age Restrictions:

Participants may be under 18 years of age as long as no alcohol is served at the event and prize values do not exceed $25 per game.

Form 50: Nebraska Application for Bingo, Lottery, or Lottery by Pickle Card

Agency Fee:

Varies by license type: Class I license fees are $30 + $40 for each utilization of funds member, Class II license fees are $100 + $40 for each utilization of funds member + $100 for each gaming manager.

Registration Renewal

Professional Solicitor licensure is not required on the State level in Nebraska.

Solicitors who are not employed by a professional fundraising firm but operate independently may be required to register. Employees of professional fundraising firms are generally not required to register as an individual solicitor in Nebraska.
