Charitable gaming refers to bingos, raffles, and a variety of other games of chance being conducted for charitable purposes. This guide contains information about charitable gaming in Oregon.

Oregon Class A or B Bingo License

Game Type:

Bingo

Agency:Oregon Department of Justice - Charitable Activities Section
Organization Age Requirement:

1 year of continuous existence immediately preceeding licensure.

Age Restrictions:

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are allowed to play bingo.

Agency Fee:

$200 for a Class A license, $100 for a Class B license.

Registration Renewal
