Charitable gaming refers to bingos, raffles, and a variety of other games of chance being conducted for charitable purposes. This guide contains information about charitable gaming in Arizona.

2 years of continuous existence in Arizona.

Initial Registration

Form 10331: Application for Bingo License Packet

Agency Fee:

$10 for a class A license, $50 for a class B license, and $200 for a class C license.

Notes:

Organizations should apply for a Class A license if they do not expect to exceed $15,600 in gross receipts from bingo, a Class B license if they do not expect to exceed $300,000 in gross receipts, or a Class C license if gross receipts are expected to be more than $300,000. In addition to the state level license, charities must also submit a form and fee to the local governing body where the bingo event will take place.
