Delaware Nonprofit & Fundraising Company Licenses

Delaware Bingo Permit

Game Type:

Bingo, raffles, texas hold'em, and other games where chance is the dominant factor.

Agency:Delaware Division of Professional Regulation - Board of Charitable Gaming
Organization Age Requirement:

2 years of continuous existence immediately preceeding licensure.

Age Restrictions:

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Prize Limits:

The maximum prize for a single game of bingo cannot exceed $350. The aggregate value of the prizes awarded during a session of bingo cannot exceed $3,000.

Notes:

Slot machines, roulette, craps, and baccarat games are prohibited.

Charitable Solicitation Registration licensure is not required on the State level in Delaware.

  • Delaware charitable solicitation law does not require charities soliciting donations to register with the state; however, they must provide ample disclosures during the solicitation process.
  • Some Delaware counties and municipalities may require charities that solicit in-person to register prior to fundraising.

The maximum individual prize must be $5,000 or less and the aggregate tournament prize value cannot exceed $13,000.
