Request for Extension of Reservation of Name

Agency Fee:

$10 for nonprofit corporations, $20 for other entities.

Due:

Reserved names expire after 60 days.

Notes:

Name reservations can be renewed for up to 2 additional 60 day periods.

Cancellation of Reserved or Registered Name

Request for Cancellation of Reservation of Name

Agency Fee:

$10 for nonprofit corporations, $20 for other entities.
