Minnesota Bingo Exclusion

Bingo exclusions may apply to organizations that host four or fewer bingo events during a calendar year or conduct a bingo event for up to 12 consecutive days at a county fair, civic celebration, or the state fair.

Exemptions may apply to charities that host 5 or fewer charitable gaming events in a calendar year and give away prizes totaling less than $50,000 over the course of the year.

Organizations expecting to receive less than $100,000 in gross annual receipts may request a waiver of license fees after the first year of licensure.
