Charitable Solicitation Registration licensure is not required on the State level in Arizona.

  • As of September 13, 2013, Arizona no longer requires charitable solicitation fundraising registration or renewal for most charities.
  • Congressionally chartered veteran's groups may be required to register with the secretary of state.
  • Some Arizona counties and municipalities may require charities that solicit in-person to register prior to fundraising.
